Go With the Flow on the Ohio River
Part of Ohio River has recently been designated as a National Water Trail. The Ohio River Way is 308 miles of Ohio River that flows through Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. The non-profit organization by the same name provides paddling guides, maps, and water safety information. They also list camping sites along the river and curate information on the river towns & their events along the Ohio River Way. Every year they organize the Ohio River Way Challenge, which is a multi-day, 400+ mile paddling adventure and interdisciplinary Floating Research Lab.
