A week of thrilling tennis action
Every August, thousands of tennis fans descend upon Mason, Ohio, to watch thrilling, star-studded tennis match-ups at Cincinnati Open tennis tournament.
This tennis tournament is the second oldest in the country (1899), and is the second largest summer tennis event in the United States (behind only the US Open).
The Lindner Family Tennis Center is located just north of Cincinnati in Mason, Ohio, and has been bringing thrilling professional tennis matches to the Cincy Region for 120+ years. Past champions include Andy Roddick, Rafael Nadal, Roger Federer, Novak Djokovic, Maria Sharapova and Serena Williams.

New to 2025
Some exciting changes are in store for the 2025 Cincinnati Open!
- Expanded dates! Fans can now enjoy two whole weeks of competition.
- The men's and women's singles fields will increase from 56 to 96 players. What does this mean? Players will have more opportunities to break into the main draw, and fans will be able to watch more tennis across more courts!
- The Cincinnati Open's campus will be undergoing an extensive ($260 million) renovation ahead of the 2025 tournament. One of the biggest upgrades includes the addition of 10 new courts!
- Better fan experiences! Access to players is promised to be better than ever; dedicated fan areas will be expanding to include autograph sessions, interactive activities, increased greenspace and more. A brand new pavilion will offer ample shaded gathering space, featuring a video board for match updates and a stage with live music.
Bring the kids for face painting, balloon art, and mini tennis courts where everyone can play. Watch the Wimbledon men’s championship on a giant screen while you enjoy tasty treats from local food trucks like Graeter’s, Proud Hound, Marty’s Waffles, and Snowie Shaved Ice. Dance…
